Run your own business with full support and mentorship or join us as an employee to kick start your broking career.

We operate with both an employee and a contractor model which means you receive the support you need in getting your Real Estate Licence, building your sales network, and then running your own business with our continued support.

Ultimately the success of your business will come down to your hard work but in the early stages, understandably, you will require more support, leads and development and we pro-actively work alongside you to get your business off the ground.

Once you begin to bring on clients and, as you leverage your network, the support will shift to helping you deliver results for your clients. When you build a solid business we want you to be the one that benefits the most from all of the hard work.

We know that if our support is strong and our fees are fair then you will enjoy being part of the GSE team for the long term. We are working on a philosophy of offering a great deal to a select few.

Our short-term plan is to offer this opportunity to a maximum of five hospitality and sales professionals in 2024.
